Availability of complete rental program. University Realty maintains an on-site rental office which will be available to all owners of individual condominium units. The rental program includes the following services: finding and screening of tenants, signing lease and security deposit agreements, collecting rents and providing security deposits, handling maintenance requests and tenant concerns, providing quarterly and year-end accounting statements, and more.
